Ingredients
- 1 pound flank steak (454 grams)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 heads romaine lettuce
- 1 cup Caesar dressing (240 ml)
- 1 cup croutons (50 grams)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (50 grams)

Season the flank steak with olive oil, salt, and pepper on both sides.

Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook the steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side until it reaches your desired level of doneness.

Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
