Beef and Tater Tot Corn Bake
Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
  • 1 (32 ounce) package frozen bite-sized potato nuggets (such as Tater TotsĀ®)
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, or to taste
Instructions
1
Preheat your oven to the desired temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 175 degrees Celsius.
2
Take a large non-stick pan and heat it over the medium-high heat setting. Cook and stir the ground beef in the hot skillet until it reaches a browned and crumbly state, taking approximately 5 to 7 minutes. Remove the excess grease from the pan.
3
While the beef is cooking, combine evaporated milk and condensed soups in a large mixing container. Set it aside for later use.
4
Transfer the cooked beef to a 9x13-inch baking dish. Spread corn evenly over the top of the beef. Layer potato nuggets on top of the corn. Pour the milk-soup mixture over the potatoes.
5
Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes. Top with Cheddar cheese and continue baking until the potatoes are golden brown and the cheese is melted, adding an additional 15 minutes.
6
Allow the dish to rest for 20 minutes before serving.
