  • 1 (12 ounce) package corn tortillas, warmed

Sear and constantly stir beef, sausage, and onion in the scorching skillet until the meat reaches a rich brown color and becomes crumbly, taking approximately 5 to 7 minutes. Remove excess oil from the skillet using a paper towel or a strainer, discarding it completely. Introduce taco seasoning into the skillet and stir until the meat is evenly coated with the flavoring. Add diced tomatoes and tomato sauce, allowing them to simmer until heated through. Spoon the savory mixture onto tortillas.
