- 1/4 cup hot pepper sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
- 4 pounds country-style pork ribs
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder

Combine wine, BBQ sauce, cider vinegar, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard in a bowl until they are fully incorporated.

Place the ribs in a baking dish; pour the wine mixture over them and cover them completely.

In another bowl, blend onion powder and garlic powder.

Apply the powder mixture to the ribs; let them sit for 2 hours, turning them occasionally.
