  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 hot chile peppers
  • 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 5 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 bunch fresh basil leaves

Preheat your cooking surface by heating the oil in a large skillet over a moderately high heat level.

Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and sliced chile peppers to the skillet and cook until they turn a golden color.

Next, combine the cooked chicken with granulated sugar in the skillet and sprinkle with garlic powder and black pepper. Continue cooking until the chicken is cooked through but still retains some moisture.
