  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled and sliced lengthwise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • salt and pepper to taste

Position the pork chops on a metal tray specifically designed for broiling and place it under the heating element in your oven. Cook for approximately 5 minutes, flipping the pork chops once during this time, or until they have developed a brownish hue on both sides.
