Balsamic Honey Chicken Thighs
Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 2 pounds bone-in chicken thighs, or more to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1
Combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, thyme, and rosemary in a bowl until the mixture is well blended; transfer it to an airtight container.
2
Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the chicken thighs, then coat them evenly with the marinade, making sure they are fully saturated. Remove any excess air from the container and seal it.
3
Place the chicken and marinade in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or up to 8 hours, allowing the flavors to meld.
4
Heat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
5
Transfer the chicken and marinade to a suitable baking dish.
6
Bake in the preheated oven until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink at the bone, with clear juices running freely, 35 to 40 minutes. Use a food thermometer to check the internal temperature of the chicken; it should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) when inserted near but not touching the bone.
