Baked Spaghetti Lasagna
Ingredients
  • 1 (16 ounce) package thin spaghetti
  • 4 cups prepared spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cup small curd cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
  • 1 (12 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
1
Preheat your oven to a high temperature of 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
2
Next, take some butter or cooking spray and rub it all over a 9x13-inch baking dish to prevent the spaghetti from sticking.
3
Fill a large container with salted water and put it on the stovetop to get boiling. Add some spaghetti to the pot and stir constantly until it reaches a rolling boil again. Cook for around 10 minutes, or until the pasta is done but still has a bit of bite.
4
Take the cooked spaghetti out of the pot and put it in a big bowl. Pour some spaghetti sauce over the pasta and mix everything together until you get a nice, even consistency.
5
In another bowl, combine some cottage cheese and sour cream. Mix them together until they're smooth and creamy.
6
Now, take half of the spaghetti with sauce and spread it evenly into your prepared baking dish.
7
Next, pour the cottage cheese mixture over the spaghetti in the baking dish.
8
Take the remaining spaghetti and sauce, and spread it evenly over the cottage cheese mixture. Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on top to add extra flavor.
9
Finally, put the spaghetti dish in your preheated oven and let it cook until it's bubbly and the cheese is nicely browned. This should take around 30 to 40 minutes.
