- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup honey (85 grams)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (30 ml)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15 ml)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.

Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush generously with the honey marinade, ensuring each fillet is well-coated.

Allow the salmon to marinate for about 10 minutes at room temperature for flavors to meld.
