  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 teaspoons Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix

Preheat your oven to the high setting of 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius).

If you're looking for thinner chicken breasts, place them between two sheets of heavy-duty plastic wrap on a stable, flat surface. Use the flat side of a meat tenderizer to firmly pound the chicken breasts down to a 3/4-inch thickness.

Arrange the pounded chicken breasts in a large, deep baking dish. Generously brush both sides of the chicken with melted butter, then sprinkle ranch seasoning mix evenly over all surfaces. Drizzle any leftover butter over the top of the chicken.

Place the prepared chicken breasts in the preheated oven and bake until they reach an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit (74 degrees Celsius), indicated by the chicken no longer being pink in the center and the juices running clear. Cooking time should be around 18 to 20 minutes. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a short period before serving.
