Ingredients
- 1 serving cooking spray
- 1 (2 pound) salmon fillet
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®)
Instructions
1
To initiate the cooking process, preheat your oven to a temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit (or 175 degrees Celsius, if your oven is in metric units). Next, prepare a substantial baking sheet by lining it with aluminum foil and then spraying the surface with cooking spray to prevent food from sticking.
2
Position the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they are evenly spaced. Apply a generous amount of mayonnaise to the fish and then sprinkle it with Old Bay seasoning, which will add a savory flavor to your dish.
3
Finally, place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and allow it to cook for approximately 20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
