Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) package uncooked spaghetti
- 2 (24 ounce) jars RAGÚ® Old World Style® Traditional Sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
Instructions
1
Preheat your oven to a hot temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit (or 175 degrees Celsius, if you prefer metric).
2
Fill a large container with water and add just the right amount of salt to give it a light flavor. Bring this mixture to a rolling boil, then carefully place your spaghetti into the boiling water. Stir occasionally as it cooks until it reaches just the right consistency - still slightly firm to the bite, but not hard. This should take around 12 minutes.
3
Simultaneously, heat your sauce in a medium-sized pan over a moderate flame. Once the sauce is warm and bubbly, add your cream cheese to it. Stir constantly until the cheese has fully melted into the sauce.
4
In a separate, oven-safe dish, combine your cooked spaghetti and heated sauce. Stir everything together until it's perfectly mixed.
5
Place the dish in your preheated oven and let it cook for 30 minutes. Remove it from the oven, then sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella cheese on top.
6
Put the dish back in the oven and let it cook for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened up nicely and the cheese is fully melted.
