Bad Attitude Nacho Dip
Ingredients
  • 7 (15 ounce) jars nacho cheese dip
  • 3 pounds ground beef
  • 3 (1.25 ounce) packages dry Mexican or taco seasoning
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 4 (10 ounce) cans diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
  • 1/2 cup water
Instructions
1
Place the cheese sauce at the bottom of a large, heavy-duty cooking vessel. Close its lid and set it to its highest heat setting immediately.
2
In a large, deep pan over medium warmth, cook the ground beef until it reaches a perfectly browned state; add the taco seasoning and mix well. Set aside any excess fat in the pan, then use a spoon to carefully transfer the beef mixture to the slow cooker and stir it into the cheese sauce.
3
Put the pan back over medium warmth once again. Combine the chopped onion and chili powder in the pan; cook until the onion becomes soft and translucent. Add the canned tomatoes with green chiles to the pan, stirring them in thoroughly. Mix these ingredients into the cheese sauce and stir everything together. If the resulting mixture becomes too thick, you can add up to half a cup of water and stir until it reaches your desired consistency.
