Crispy Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings
Ingredients
  • 4 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons ground paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
1
First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. To make the dish more convenient for baking, cover a shallow pan with aluminum foil and lightly grease it.
2
Next, remove the chicken wing tips and discard them. Then, cut between the joints to separate each wing into two distinct pieces.
3
In a small saucepan, melt butter and garlic over low heat until the butter is completely melted and the garlic has a pleasant aroma, taking around 3 to 5 minutes.
4
Meanwhile, combine Parmesan cheese, parsley, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl. This mixture will serve as the coating for your chicken wings.
5
Dip each chicken wing piece into the melted butter mixture, making sure to coat it evenly. Then, press the coated chicken wing piece into the Parmesan mixture, ensuring it is fully covered on all sides. Arrange the coated chicken wings in the prepared baking dish.
6
Finally, drizzle any remaining melted butter over the top of the chicken wings. Place them in the oven and bake until they are no longer pink at their center, the juices run clear, and the skin is nicely browned. Use an instant-read thermometer to check if they have reached a safe internal temperature of at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
