Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes with balsamic vinegar, basil and olive oil
- 1 pound broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste

Preheat your stovetop by turning on medium heat in a large skillet.

Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for several minutes, stirring constantly to prevent burning.

Introduce canned tomatoes with their natural juices into the skillet and let them simmer until most of the liquid has evaporated, leaving a thicker consistency.

Add steamed broccoli florets on top of the tomatoes and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper to enhance flavor.

Cover the skillet and continue to cook over low heat for 10 minutes, or until the broccoli reaches a tender yet vibrant green state.

Be cautious not to overcook the broccoli, as it should retain its bright color.
