- 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 16 (5 inch) corn tortillas
- 2 cups tomatillo salsa
- 1 avocado - peeled, pitted, and chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Combine shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, chili powder, salt, and cayenne pepper in a bowl; mix until the ingredients are evenly distributed. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

Heat the remaining olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Add the shrimp mixture and cook until they turn pink and are fully cooked through, approximately 5 minutes. Squeeze a sliver of lime juice over the shrimp.

Warm tortillas in an ungreased skillet over medium-high heat for 10 to 15 seconds on each side. Flip the tortillas and warm them for another 5 to 10 seconds. Stuff the warmed tortillas with the cooked shrimp mixture. Top with a dollop of tomatillo salsa, sliced avocado, and a spoonful of sour cream. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro leaves.
