  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

Preheat the skillet over medium heat and pour in olive oil. Sear the onion, bell pepper, and garlic in the hot oil until the onion becomes soft and slightly transparent, taking around 5 to 7 minutes. Sprinkle a pinch of cayenne pepper over the onion mixture and transfer it to a separate container; allow it to chill for a few minutes before setting aside.

Combine the avocado, tomato sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, coriander, and cilantro in a large mixing vessel. Gently fold the onion mixture into this blend to create a cohesive salad.
