Ingredients
- 1 avocado - peeled, pitted, and mashed
- 1/2 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced, or more to taste
- 1/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 pinch sea salt to taste

Combine the ripe avocado, cooked black beans, a squeeze of fresh lime juice, and minced garlic in a microwave-safe container. Add shredded Cheddar cheese to the mixture.

Heat the dip in short bursts on high in the microwave until the cheese is fully incorporated and melted, approximately 1 minute. If you prefer a more refined flavor, add a pinch of flaky sea salt to taste.
