Ingredients
- 10 ripe pears - peeled, cored, and chopped, or more to taste
- 1 teaspoon water, or as needed
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 pinches ground cinnamon

Combine the pears with water in a large cooking vessel; heat it up until the mixture reaches a rolling boil.

Reduce the heat to a lower setting and let it gently cook for approximately 25 minutes, or until the pears have started to lose their shape and become tender.

Add a splash of lemon juice and some ground cinnamon into the pot with the pears, stirring well to combine.

Use a hand blender or transfer the mixture to a food processor to puree the pears until they reach your desired consistency.
