- 1 1/16 cups water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon white sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Begin by placing all the necessary ingredients into the bread machine's pan in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines. Next, choose the Dough cycle and initiate the Start function.

At this point, it is time to preheat your oven to a high temperature of 475 degrees F (245 degrees C).

Subsequently, remove the dough from the machine and transfer it to a lightly dusted surface. Divide this dough into eight equal portions, then shape each portion into an orb-like form. Cover these rounded pieces with a damp cloth and allow them to relax.

Following this, take the dough orbs and roll them into thin, flat disks approximately 8 inches in diameter. Subsequently, cook two of these disks simultaneously on preheated baking sheets or a baking stone until they are puffed up and have turned golden brown, approximately 5 minutes. Repeat this process for the remaining loaves.
