- 1 pound sugar snap peas, trimmed
- 3 tablespoons garlic flavored olive oil
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 drops chili oil
- 1/4 teaspoon packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

Heat your oven's broiler and elevate the rack to its highest setting.

Arrange the snap peas on a baking pan, anoint them with olive oil and thoroughly combine to coat evenly. Distribute the snap peas in a uniform, single layer across the pan.

Cook the snap peas under the preheated broiler until they reach your desired level of tenderness, approximately 5 minutes.

In the meantime, blend together the soy sauce, sesame oil, chili oil, brown sugar, and sesame seeds in a large container. As soon as the snap peas emerge from the oven, rapidly mix them with the sauce.
