Combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, and vinegar in the saucepan; whisk until the brown sugar has fully dissolved, around 1 to 2 minutes.

Blend the ginger paste, ground mustard, and red pepper flakes into the soy sauce mixture; whisk until the sauce is smooth and well combined, taking about 2 to 3 minutes.
