- 1 pound ground pork

- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped cilantro leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon Oriental sesame oil
- Iceberg lettuce leaves

Combine the stir-fry sauce, sherry, and cornstarch in a bowl, allowing these ingredients to blend together before setting them aside temporarily.

Heat a wok or large skillet over extremely high heat and quickly stir-fry the pork, onion, and garlic together until the meat is fully cooked and no longer pink; discard any excess fat that may have accumulated during cooking.

Add the previously prepared stir-fry sauce mixture to the wok or skillet and continue stirring until the meat is evenly coated with the savory sauce.
