Ingredients
- 1 unbaked pizza crust
- 6 tablespoons prepared pesto sauce
- 3 roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 (8 ounce) package seasoned goat cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 cup fresh arugula
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions
1
Begin by setting the oven to the temperature recommended on the pizza package.
2
Next, apply a layer of pesto sauce to the center of your pizza base and spread it outwards towards the edges.
3
Cut the goat cheese into thin slices, then scatter or crumble it evenly across the pizza surface.
4
Add sliced tomatoes on top of the goat cheese, followed by a sprinkle of minced garlic.
5
Lightly anoint the crust's outer edges with olive oil to prevent burning.
6
Carefully place your pizza on a preheated oven rack and bake for 5 to 10 minutes, or until the crust edges turn golden brown.
7
Once your pizza has finished baking, allow it to rest for a few minutes to enable the cheese to firm up.
8
Then, cover your pizza with a generous handful of arugula and slice it before serving.
