Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts in water, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay (tm) Seasoning
- 1/2 pound fresh crabmeat, picked over for cartilage and shell fragments
Instructions
1
Preheat your oven to the optimal temperature of 375 degrees Fahrenheit (or 190 degrees Celsius, if you prefer metric).
2
Next, take the cream cheese and transfer it to a medium-sized baking dish. Combine it with approximately three-quarters of the artichoke hearts and a generous amount of Old Bay Seasoning. Blend the mixture until it reaches a smooth consistency.
3
Carefully incorporate the crabmeat into the blend, being mindful not to disrupt any lumps that may have formed.
4
Place the mixture in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes, or until the surface has turned a golden brown color.
5
Remove the dish from the oven and finish it off with the remaining artichoke hearts, adding a decorative touch to your finished dish.
