Ingredients
- 1 (6.5 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
- 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 French baguette, cut into 1/3 inch thick slices

Heat the broiler to its highest setting before proceeding.

In a medium-sized bowl, combine marinated artichoke hearts, shredded Romano cheese, finely chopped red onion and mayonnaise. Place equal portions of the artichoke heart mixture onto slices of French baguette, arranging them in a uniform layer on a large baking sheet.

Bake under the broiler for 2 minutes, or until the toppings are bubbly and lightly browned.
