  • 1 pound green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Preheat a skillet over medium heat and warm olive oil within it. Introduce sliced red bell pepper and minced garlic into the hot oil mixture; enhance flavor with a pinch of salt and black pepper. Continuously stir until the bell pepper reaches tender consistency, approximately 5 to 7 minutes.

Combine green beans with the previously cooked red bell pepper. Introduce a splash of white wine into the skillet, covering the green bean mixture. Cover the skillet and cook until the green beans become tender, roughly 10 minutes.
