  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 fresh apricots, pitted and cut into wedges
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley

First, gently pat the pork chops dry using paper towels to remove excess moisture. Next, lightly sprinkle both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper to enhance flavor.

Now, heat a generous amount of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the pork chops and sear well on both sides, taking about 5 minutes per side to achieve a nice brown color.
