- 1 (1 pound) loaf cinnamon raisin bread, cubed
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, diced
- 1 cup diced peeled apples
- 2 1/2 cups half-and-half cream
- 8 eggs
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 cup maple syrup

Place a non-stick coating on the bottom and sides of a 9x13-inch baking dish to prevent food from sticking.
