Combine water, rolled oats, diced apple, ground cinnamon, salt, and ground nutmeg in a versatile pressure cooker. Close the lid securely and ensure it is locked into place. Next, seal the vent to prevent steam from escaping during cooking.

Select the Manual function on your pressure cooker and set the timer for 5 minutes. During this time, allow 10-15 minutes for the pressure to build up.

Once the cooking time has elapsed, release the pressure using the natural-release method as instructed by your manufacturer's guidelines. This process should take around 10 minutes.
