- 3/4 cup applesauce
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat your oven to the desired temperature of three fifty degrees Fahrenheit, or one seventy five degrees Celsius.

Next, prepare your baking vessel by either greasing it with a suitable lubricant or lining it with paper cups designed for muffin liners.

In a separate container, blend together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, coconut flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg until well combined.

In a larger mixing vessel, gently beat the egg with a fork. Then, add applesauce, coconut milk, vegetable oil, honey, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix until the ingredients are just incorporated.
