Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons dried Italian seasoning
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (32 ounce) package frozen white bread dough, thawed

Preheat your oven to a high temperature of 400 degrees Fahrenheit (the equivalent of 200 degrees Celsius on the metric scale).

In a spacious container, combine the ricotta cheese, eggs, Italian herbs, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and spinach. Set the mixture aside for later use.

Divide the bread dough into 8 portions and shape each portion into a circular form, approximately 8 inches in diameter. Place about 1/2 cup of the ricotta mixture onto each circle, fold over and seal the edges to prevent filling from escaping. Arrange on a greased baking tray.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the pastry is nicely browned on both the top and bottom surfaces.
