  • 2 pounds country style pork ribs

  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can beef broth

Spread the spice mixture evenly over each rib, making sure they are well-coated.

Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat, taking care not to let it burn.

Brown the ribs on all sides in the butter, ensuring they are nicely seared.

Pour beef broth into the skillet and cover it with a lid.
