- 4 fresh tomatillos, husks removed
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled
- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and halved
- 5 sprigs fresh cilantro
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- salt to taste
Instructions

First, combine the tomatoes, tomatillos, garlic, and jalapenos in a saucepan. Add sufficient water to submerge the ingredients completely.

Bring the mixture to a rolling boil, and continue cooking for 15 minutes, or until all the vegetables have become tender.

Immediately take the saucepan off the heat source, and let the mixture cool down to room temperature.

Next, add the avocados, cooked vegetables, sour cream, and cilantro to a blender or food processor.

Blend the ingredients together until they form a smooth, consistent mixture.
