Ingredients
- 18 ounces white almond bark, broken into pieces
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips, or more to taste
- 24 ounces lightly salted peanuts, or more to taste
Instructions
1
Place almond bark in a slow cooker and set it to High heat, with the lid removed and stirring every few minutes until mostly melted, approximately 5-10 minutes.
2
Decrease the heat to Low and add chocolate chips into the mixture, stirring constantly until they have fully incorporated and the color has darkened, another 5-10 minutes.
3
Switch off the heat source and incorporate peanuts into the chocolate-almond mixture, stirring well to combine.
4
Test the consistency of a spoonful by dropping it onto a piece of parchment paper; if it's too loose and runny, add more chocolate chips and peanuts to achieve the desired texture.
5
Prepare several baking sheets by lining them with parchment paper.
6
Use a melon baller to drop spoonfuls of the peanut mixture onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them out evenly.
7
Allow the mixture to harden before serving, which should take around 1 hour.
