  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Prepare a small oven-safe container that fits snugly inside your air fryer.

Combine diced apples, water, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl. Pour the mixture into the prepared container and seal it tightly with aluminum foil.

Insert the container into your air fryer and set a 10-minute timer. Remove the foil to reveal tender apples, then stir them gently before covering again and setting a 10-minute timer.
