- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 4 slices Provolone cheese

Combine the savory flavors of Worcestershire and soy sauce in a large glass or ceramic container. Add the steak, ensuring it is evenly coated with the mixture. Cover the container with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
