Ingredients
- 1 pound beef sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 8 ounces button mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon crushed chile flakes
Instructions
1
Combine the tender steak with an assortment of flavorful ingredients, including earthy mushrooms, a savory sauce made from Worcestershire, the rich flavor of olive oil, and fragrant herbs like parsley. Add a pinch of smoky paprika and a dash of spicy chile flakes to the mix, then cover it up and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight. About 30 minutes before cooking, take it out of the fridge to come to room temperature.
2
Next, preheat your air fryer to a scorching 400 degrees F (200 degrees C), the perfect temperature for searing our steak and mushrooms to perfection.
3
Once your air fryer is hot, pour off the marinade from the steak mixture and transfer it to the air fryer basket.
4
Place the steak and mushrooms inside the basket, close the lid, and cook for 5 minutes.
5
After 5 minutes, give it a toss to redistribute the ingredients and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
6
Finally, transfer the steak and mushrooms to a serving plate and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
