Air Fryer Shrimp Fajitas with Warm Tortillas
Ingredients
  • 1 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 (1.12 ounce) package fajita seasoning mix, divided
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 red onion, sliced into thin strips
  • 4 (10 inch) flour tortillas, toasted

Preheat the air fryer to a high temperature of 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).

Take the shrimp and place them in a container, then sprinkle 2 teaspoons of fajita seasoning over the top. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of oil and thoroughly mix everything together.

Take the bell pepper and onion strips and place them in a separate container, then sprinkle any remaining fajita seasoning over the top. Drizzle with the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil and make sure everything is well combined.

Add the vegetables to the air fryer basket, and cook them for 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time. Once done, transfer the mixture to a large serving container.

Take the shrimp and place them in the air fryer basket, then cook for 5 minutes. Flip the shrimp over and continue cooking for an additional 3 minutes.

Distribute the vegetables evenly among tortillas, then top each one with a portion of shrimp.
