Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 2 ounces prosciutto
- 3 ounces fresh mozzarella, cut into 1/4-inch slices

Preheat your oven to a high temperature of 360 degrees Fahrenheit (or 180 degrees Celsius, if you prefer metric).

Next, take a slice of bread and apply a small amount of butter to one side. Place this slice on a plate, with the buttered side facing downwards.

Then, place an even layer of prosciutto slices on top of the bread. Follow this by adding a layer of mozzarella slices, ensuring they are evenly distributed.

Butter the second slice of bread and position it on top of the first, making sure the buttered side is now facing outwards.

Finally, place your creation in an air fryer and cook for approximately 8 minutes, or until it reaches a lightly browned and toasted state.
