Air Fryer Personal Pizzas
Ingredients
  • olive oil cooking spray
  • 1 (13.8 ounce) package refrigerated pizza dough (such as Pillsbury®)
  • 6 tablespoons pizza sauce, divided
  • 10 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 14 slices pepperoni, divided
  • 1/2 cup onion slices, divided
  • sprinkle of dried basil and red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
1
Preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 5 minutes, ensuring it reaches the optimal temperature. To prevent sticking, lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil or line it with a parchment paper liner.
2
Next, remove the crust from its can and cut it in half. Form each piece into a circular shape and crimp the edges to create a crust, making sure it will fit comfortably in your air fryer basket. Carefully place one pizza crust into the air fryer basket and lightly spray it with olive oil.
3
Using a fork, gently prick the dough to prevent it from bubbling up during cooking. Cook the crust for 3 minutes, allowing it to become slightly crispy.
4
Now, spread a layer of pizza sauce onto the crust, covering about 3 tablespoons. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on top and add 7 slices of pepperoni, followed by a few slices of onion. Add some fresh basil leaves and red pepper flakes if desired.
5
Cook the pizza in the air fryer for 7 to 9 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and crispy, and the cheese has melted. Keep an eye on it, as cooking times may vary depending on your air fryer model and size. Repeat the process with the second pizza crust.
6
Finally, serve your hot air-fried pizza immediately.
