Ingredients
- 3/4 tablespoon very hot water
- 3/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt, or to taste
- 2 cups raw almonds
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt to taste

Preheat your air fryer to the recommended temperature range of 325-350°F (165-175°C), as indicated by the manufacturer's guidelines.

In a tiny bowl, combine water and 3/4 teaspoon of pink salt. Mix until the salt is mostly dissolved.

Place the almonds in a medium-sized bowl and gently pour in the salt water mixture until they are evenly coated. Carefully transfer the almonds to the air fryer basket.

Place the almonds in the preheated air fryer and cook for 6-7 minutes. After stirring, return the almonds to the air fryer and continue cooking for an additional 5-6 minutes, or until they turn a deep brown color inside.

Return the almonds to their original bowl and mix in olive oil and salt until they are completely coated. Allow them to cool down before serving.
