Air Fryer Perfectly Cooked Salmon from Frozen
Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon freeze-dried dill
  • 2 (12 ounce) skin on frozen salmon fillets
Instructions
1
Preheat the air fryer to its highest temperature setting, equivalent to 390 degrees F (199 degrees C).
2
Combine mustard, brown sugar, garlic, salt, pepper, and dill in a small bowl using a whisk until the ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth. Set it aside for later use.
3
Carefully place frozen salmon fillets, skin-side down, in the air fryer basket and cook for 6 minutes. Flip the salmon over and apply one-quarter of the prepared sauce to each fillet, then continue cooking for an additional 6 minutes.
4
Brush the remaining sauce over the salmon and cook until it breaks apart easily with a fork, requiring 3 to 4 more minutes.
