  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce (such as Bragg®)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic granules
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preheat the air fryer to its highest temperature setting, which is equivalent to 375 degrees Fahrenheit or 190 degrees Celsius.

Take a bowl and mix together the mushrooms, oil, soy sauce, garlic granules, salt, and pepper until they are evenly coated with the ingredients.
