- 1 (12 ounce) container fully cooked luncheon meat (such as SPAMĀ®), sliced into fries

Preheat the air fryer to a high temperature of 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).

To prepare the dipping sauce, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha, and ketchup in a small bowl. Set the sauce aside for later use.

Carefully place the luncheon meat fries into the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd it. If necessary, work in batches to ensure even cooking.

Cook the luncheon meat fries in the preheated air fryer for 6 minutes. Use tongs to flip them halfway through, and continue cooking until they reach your desired level of crispiness, approximately 4 minutes more.
