- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®)
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
- 4 wedges fresh lemon

Heat the air fryer to a high temperature of 400 degrees Fahrenheit for five minutes prior to use.

During this time, take the frozen shrimp out of the freezer and gently scrape off any ice that may have formed on their surface using a spoon.

Carefully place the shrimp in a single layer at the bottom of the preheated air fryer, approximately half a pound.

Cook the shrimp in the air fryer for four minutes to achieve the desired level of doneness.

In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, seafood seasoning, and a pinch of heat from the cayenne pepper until well combined.

As soon as the timer goes off, give each shrimp a generous coating of seasoned butter, flip them over, and repeat the process on the other side.

Continue cooking the shrimp for an additional three to four minutes, or until they turn a vibrant pink color on the outside and the meat is fully opaque.
