Preheat your air fryer to a high temperature of 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). This will ensure that your potato wedges cook evenly and quickly.

Cut each potato into four equal pieces, cutting lengthwise along the center of each piece. You should now have 16 identical wedges. Collect your desired seasonings.
