  • 8 ounces ground Italian sausage (mild or hot)
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Heat the air fryer to its highest temperature setting, equivalent to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Mix together ground pork, sliced sausage, bread crumbs, beaten egg, salt, chopped parsley, and paprika in a large mixing container until everything is well incorporated. Use your hands to shape the mixture into 12 identical meatballs of roughly equal size using an ice cream scoop. Arrange these meatballs on a baking tray.

Place half of the meatballs in the air fryer's basket and cook for 8 minutes. Give the basket a gentle shake, then continue cooking for an additional 2 minutes. Remove the cooked meatballs from the air fryer and transfer them to a serving plate, allowing them to stand for 5 minutes before serving. Repeat the process with the remaining meatballs.
