- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 pound sea scallops, patted dry

Preheat the air fryer to its optimal temperature of 390 degrees F (198 degrees C).

Combine cracker crumbs, garlic powder, and seafood seasoning in a shallow dish to create a mixture. Place melted butter in another shallow dish.

Dip each scallop into the melted butter, followed by a coating of the breadcrumb mixture until it's fully enveloped. Place the coated scallop on a plate and repeat the process with the remaining scallops.
