Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon avocado oil
- 1 medium sweet potato, peeled and sliced crossways into 1/8-inch slices
- 1/2 teaspoon Creole seasoning, or to taste

Preheat your air fryer oven to a high temperature of 400 degrees Fahrenheit or 200 degrees Celsius.

Take the sweet potato slices and place them in a spacious container. Drizzle avocado oil over each slice, ensuring they are all coated uniformly.

Add a pinch of Creole seasoning to the sweet potato slices, mixing it well with each piece.

Arrange the sweet potato slices in a single layer at the bottom of the air fryer basket, making sure they don't overlap.

Cook the sweet potato slices in the preheated air fryer for 7 minutes, shaking them halfway through to ensure even cooking.

Start checking on the sweet potato slices after 7 minutes, and continue to cook them in short intervals until they reach your desired level of crispiness, approximately 6 more minutes.
